By accessing the Arttous platform, downloading our dual-core firmware (RTOS v75.4+),
or utilising our 3D mesh assets, you verify that you are a sentient entity capable of entering into
a binding contract under the laws of Ontario, Canada.
If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, terminate your secure connection immediately and destroy any cached firmware images. Continued use constitutes unconditional acceptance.
2.1 Open Source Core. The primary firmware logic, including the
TaskControl and TaskNetwork FreeRTOS tasks, is released under the
MIT License. You are free to fork, modify, and deploy this code for personal projects without
restriction or royalty obligation.
2.2 Proprietary Assets. The "Arttous" branding, the specific 3D chassis designs labelled as "Proprietary," and the digital twin WebGL interfaces remain the exclusive intellectual property of Arttous Robotics Inc. You may not sell physical kits branded as "Official Arttous" without a written Enterprise RaaS agreement countersigned by a duly authorised officer.
2.3 Derivative Works. Any derivative firmware or hardware referencing this platform must carry a visible attribution notice and must not imply official endorsement without express written consent.
You agree not to use the Arttous platform or associated hardware for any of the following:
Violations of this section may result in immediate revocation of platform access, forfeiture of earned operator credits, and referral to relevant law-enforcement authorities.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of Ontario.
By initiating an uplink to Arttous servers you implicitly waive any objection to personal jurisdiction or venue in this forum and irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
